Riga has achieved remarkable success in the fields of market research and business management. She began her academic journey at Leuphana University L\u00fcneburg, where she earned her degree as a Diplom Kauffrau. Right after her studies, she discovered her passion for market research and started her career as a Coding Manager in an international company. Through her skills and dedication, she quickly advanced to leadership positions. In 2023, she took the next step in her entrepreneurial journey and founded her first company, Verbilogic.<\/p>\n

Kai studied in Hamburg and Kiel and began working as a self-employed interviewer for various market research clients in 2008. His hands-on experience in the field laid the foundation for his own business. In 2010, he founded mercatus est, an agency specializing in recruitment and fieldwork. Since then, he has continuously expanded his network and participant panel, developing extensive expertise in recruitment across diverse industries worldwide over many years, particularly for specialized and hard-to-reach target groups.<\/p>\n
